My friends and I who were in the same lecture hall were engaged in the audit profession. Five years since graduation is enough for us to feel the favors and pressures that the profession brings.

Now I am writing to describe my feelings about the audit profession.

I would like to talk about eight points relating to the audit profession.

The first, An advanced profession

This is so wonderful when you play the role as a provider of a high-class service, selling your brain, your reputation and your company reputation, and the buyers are senior bosses, the owners of the business. Recommendations, comments and conclusions of the auditor can affect the value of the business, the legality of the business, and in sensitive situations, its value brings many times more than the value of the contract that you undertake.

The lawyer protects the law and fairness in society, and the auditor protects distinctness and honesty in the corporate financial environment. In a simile, it can also be said that the auditor is the person who diagnoses the financial illness of a business.

The second, A vocational profession

You have worked at an Auditing Company, it doesn't mean you've got an audit job. It will be meaningless if you do not update your own specialized knowledge because they are always changing regularly. A good auditor must have a subtle professional judgment, and at the same time must have broad knowledge, not only in one industry, but also in all fields. Because of this feature, day by day you will be trained in a profession, you will become better and more knowledgeable about everything.

The third, A dynamic profession

If you are a cross-grained, you need a private space, you belong to a hidden person, you should not to enter an audit company, because you do not belong to this place which is young and dynamic. Audit forces you to be dynamic to match the job because the job does not stop at one field, one industry and you have to be exposed to a variety of industries.

The fourth, A rewarding profession

The salary level of the audit industry is relatively high and is also considered as the top compared to other industries. This difference is greater when you have seniority in this industry. At least, most audit companies are fully aware of the principle of conformity between the effort and the income. The more you work, the more you enjoy. The less you work, the less you earn. Along with salary is other incentives associated with the audit industry are training regimes.

These above factors are the prerequisites that a graduate student should aim for in a career plan. Therefore, society considers this to be a hot industry, a preferential profession but too difficult.

The fifth, A pressure profession

In off-season audit, the auditor takes care of customers and updates knowledge, it can be said to be not to go into details. When it's the audit season, the auditor must take to one’s heels. At this time, you are a football player entering a football season of the year and having to participate in matches continuously. In football, players are overloaded and in audit, the auditors are under pressure. You can imagine that at the end of the annual financial year, the auditors will review, evaluate and give their opinions on the truthfulness and reasonableness of the financial statements. This report is not a sum of one or two months but the work of accountants for a financial year. The more customers, the more you have to participate in the match. Moreover, players can play at home, but auditors are only available at away.

The sixth, time pressure profession

The obsession of the audit is to have all the reports completed for the client by the thirty-first of March each year. Your superiors can understand you, if the client needs A days to have reports, your time will be A plus X and X could be 8 hours of work per day or 16 hours or 24 hours a day to complete. X is the limited number from 1 to 24 excluding eating and sleeping. A is an endless number because of the needs of each business. This is time pressure. It can be said that you eat with the report, drink with the report, sleep with the report. There is not enough time to think.

The seventh, prestige pressure profession

Manager runs an audit is the person who assigns tasks, summarizes and finishes the audit, and is also the person who receives the most pressure. On their shoulders are standards, policies and prestige and responsibility. This reputation and responsibility are actually to deal with the phrase as risk, or no risk, material or non-material, pervasive or non-pervasive risk.

The eighth, identity pressure profession

You are a good assistant audit, you've got real talent, you've had many seasons, and everyone considers you a good player. That is not perfect either because the pressure is the word standing before your title is assistant. The word can only be removed when you take the exam and obtain Certified Public Accountants. This is a certification that is required to become an auditor, a professional player. Failing the exam is normal, because it's hard!

There is one more thing can be fun or sad, which is free compulsory travel. Every part of the country, you can or must be there. Many auditors liken themselves to suitcases being dragged from one place to another, and feeling all the joys and hardships of life in each region. It can be a luxury hotel, sometimes it can be a remote housing area, a remote area. Meals can be delicious, but sometimes you also have to master the idea of eating to live and work.

Look at the old trees in the audit village, there are many factors to bring them to the top of their profession, but it is impossible not to have passion, because passion is the key to opening the door to success!
